Job Description:

The Designer position in the Marketing department at The Original Factory Shop involves being responsible for the creative standpoint and consistency across the business. This includes creation and development of design concepts and templates for various formats, assisting with marketing strategies, ensuring brand identity and excellence, managing in-house vs agency design spend, and delivering projects efficiently while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements:

Essential qualifications and skills for the Designer role include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, working in both Mac and Windows environments, transforming strategic direction into impactful designs, managing projects from concept to delivery, working on multiple projects simultaneously, experience in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, print production skills, creative flair, artwork preparation, and a customer-centric approach.

Desirable skills include knowledge of other design packages, presenting design routes to stakeholders, retail environment experience, art direction capabilities, working with print production teams, and image retouching.
