Job Description
The Digital Marketing Assistant at Kent Cricket will work closely with the Senior Communications Executive to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, design graphics, update the website, execute email campaigns, produce digital match programmes, and support content strategy. The role involves match day coverage and collaborating on the Club’s EDI Action Plan.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of social media platforms, Adobe Photoshop & Premier Pro, video editing skills, communication abilities, team player mindset, ability to work independently, willingness to work under tight deadlines, and a good understanding of cricket. Safeguarding responsibilities are also essential, requiring a commitment to ensuring the safety of individuals in cricket.
Additional Information
- Contract: Fixed Term Contract for five months
- Salary: Up to £21K pro-rata
- Location: The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence, Canterbury with occasional travel
- Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday with some weekend, bank holiday, and evening work required
