Job Description:

Join our Fortune 500 hospitality client as an experienced User Experience Researcher to advance user experience journeys and create seamless solutions. In this role, you will lead efforts to develop and execute research plans, methodologies, and report findings to inform design development. You will transform unmet user needs into successful product launches through user research and create a best-in-class user experience for employees.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of usability and user experience research tools and techniques
• Strong project management and negotiating skills
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate research results effectively
• Strong moderation skills and methods for group facilitation
• 5+ years of usability research experience with web and mobile experience
