Job Description

Intelligence Federal is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support a federal government agency client’s training needs. The ideal candidate will work with a cross-functional team to meet design specifications, evaluate and improve existing training materials, create multiple distinct training courses, develop various types of learning materials, and update training materials to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

The candidate must:

• Obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance
• Work within the United States
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or have additional certification in instructional design
• Have at least 8 years of professional experience in instructional design
• Demonstrate knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Be proficient in instructional design software, learning management systems, authoring tools, and multimedia tools
• Have experience working with 508 Compliance
• Be an excellent communicator and able to work with a cross-functional team
