Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create high-quality training content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pedagogy and instructional strategies to develop engaging training experiences. They should also be proficient in designing curriculum and courseware materials in various areas such as business, conceptual thinking models, organizational development, service innovations, customer experience, digital marketing, financial services, and sustainability management. Responsibilities include designing course proposals, developing course content, integrating experiential learning elements, aligning with skills standards, and designing assessment methods.
Requirements
Qualifications for this role include DACE/DDDLP certifications with a minimum of 2 years of curriculum design experience, and 5 years of relevant work experience. In particular, candidates applying for Financial Services topics must have relevant experience in the finance industry.
