Job Description

The Recruitment Attraction Manager will play a key role in the Resourcing Team within the Integrated Corporate Services. Responsibilities include developing creative recruitment campaigns, advising on best practices, marketing job roles, and engaging with stakeholders and candidates.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in creating engaging content for different channels, ability to influence colleagues on recruitment practices, skills in social media content creation, and the capability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.

Desirable criteria: Previous recruitment or recruitment administration experience, and background in communications and/or marketing.

Benefits

Salary ranges from £33,635 to £39,955 with a Civil Service Pension contribution of 27%. Benefits include flexible working options, pension scheme, annual leave, learning opportunities, and employee discounts.
