Job Description

The Brand Manager at Murad is responsible for executing brand strategy, developing disruptive marketing campaigns, creating and executing brand assets, managing brand partnerships, and analyzing market research and competitors’ activities. They also work closely with various teams to ensure the successful execution of brand initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience in brand management, market research, and digital marketing. Strong analytical skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Knowledge of skincare industry trends and consumer behavior is also valuable for this role.

Other Information

This role involves collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager, Design Team, Digital Team, Influencer Manager, and various other departments to ensure successful brand implementation and growth. The Brand Manager will also be involved in tracking budget allocations and measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities.
