Job Description:

• Work with clients to assess their needs and style requirements
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, logos, visual identities, & graphics
• Collaborate with team members and clients on digital creative creation
• Generate print creative (flyers, proposals, literature, decks, mailers, etc.)
• Create and optimize static web graphics
• Assist in website design, custom graphics creation, and UX design
• Create and optimize animated GIFs and motion graphics in video format
• Edit videos and DTCs, support video production
• Create branding assets and collateral
• Amend final designs based on feedback for final approval
• Other responsibilities as requested

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital design field with a portfolio
• Desire to learn and improve design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, After Effects, Premier, or similar software
• Commitment to progressive politics
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Team player and self-starter
• Ability to work extended hours and be available for urgent requests
• Experience with multiple clients or at a consulting firm
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS, web design experience
• Experience in logo design, UI design software, and video editing
