Job Description

• Support Research Objectives: Develop research plans aligned with internal and client goals under Data and Insights Manager guidance.
• Execute and Manage Reporting: Create reports for social listening, audience analysis, post-campaign performance, and research projects.
• Data Analysis & Insight Development: Analyze data to inform strategies and creative briefs.
• Presentation of Findings: Present insights clearly to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Industry Trends & Social Listening: Conduct social listening and trend analysis for current strategies.
• Post-Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign outcomes against KPIs for future strategy optimization.
• Secondary Research & Trend-Spotting: Engage in desktop research for strategy development and trend identification.
• Audience Profiling & Segmentation: Create detailed audience segments for targeted strategy development.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assist in setting KPIs, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in research, insights, or data analysis, preferably in digital agency/marketing.
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analysis skills with a knack for identifying insights from data sets.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Eager Learner: Interest in digital marketing trends and continuous skill enhancement.
• Linguistic Skills: Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker, strong in English. Additional APAC languages a plus.
• Initiative: Demonstrated eagerness to innovate and achieve excellence.
