Job Description:

Holland & Barrett is seeking an experienced microservices software engineer to contribute to the delivery of cloud-based services with a focus on microservices architectures. The role involves identifying systems solutions, researching new tools and techniques, maintaining expertise in development methodologies, and documenting proposed solutions for technical sign-off.

Key Requirements:

• Understanding of microservices architecture design
• Experience in implementing authorization and authentication services
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Development background in Java, Spring Boot
• Experience with RESTful services, relational databases, AWS, virtualized environments, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, and Git
• Ideally, experience in legacy software migrations
