Job Description:
As a Creative Producer for Magic: The Gathering Universes Beyond, you will support the creative team by managing scheduling, tasks, and art reviews. You will work closely with Art Directors, Narrative Designers, and IP partners to create unique art for upcoming Magic sets based on popular IPs like Lord of the Rings, Doctor Who, Warhammer 40k, and more.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Producer in a creative development environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding collaboration skills across different teams
- Hands-on experience with creative production (print or digital)
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a hybrid team of remote and in-person members
- Ability to anticipate and mitigate problems proactively
- Passion for pop culture characters and fantasy entertainment
