Job Description

As a Social Media Creator, you will work with the Pure Romance team to produce engaging, creative, and dynamic content for our digital audience. You will collaborate with various departments to implement social media strategies across multiple platforms and create content for multiple brands. The role involves developing and executing social media content strategies, creating visual content, working with ambassadors and influencers, and ensuring brand consistency.

Requirements

To stand out in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Photography, or a related field and 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Being creative, organized, having strong writing and communication skills, and expertise in social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook are essential. Proficiency in video production, editing software, design tools, and photography equipment is preferred. Additionally, the ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks is crucial.

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work:

This is a part-time, in-person position in our Downtown Cincinnati office, initially on a contract-to-hire basis. There is an opportunity to transition to a full-time position after the first 6 months without a change in salary. The collaborative approach to assess compatibility before committing to a long-term partnership is valued.
