Job Description:

Develop distributed and scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC 4 framework.

Utilize reporting tools and maintain project status.

Expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#) 4.0/4.5/4.6 and .Net Core 2.0+.

Experience with Web API, LINQ, ADO.NET, SQL Azure, CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Strong skills in ASP.NET MVC 5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.

Participate in all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle under the Project Manager’s direction.

Contribute to application design and architecture alignment.

Collaborate with managers and directors to meet client expectations and timelines.

Engage with end users for requirements, analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and support.

Maintain, enhance, and modify existing applications in alignment with architectural objectives.

Support implementation efforts including UAT, environment setup, and user support.

Requirements:

ASP.NET Core experience preferred.

Proficient in ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.

Strong skills in Microsoft .NET (C#), Web API, LINQ, ADO.NET, SQL Azure.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and project management techniques.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and technical team members.

Detail-oriented, analytical problem solver with strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting project deadlines effectively.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Other Information:

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person at Hartford, Connecticut (Hybrid)
