Job Description:

• Be the Email expert for product categories, promotions, and performance.
• Manage the Volcom Mobile App, including push campaigns, automations, promotions, and content updates.
• Execute email & SMS campaigns, analyze results, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with various teams for promotional activities, campaigns, product launches, and communications.
• Update and maintain Digital Marketing calendars.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• 2-3+ years of Email Marketing and/or SMS experience.
• Experience with enterprise-level ESP like Klaviyo, SMSBump, or Shopify is a plus.
• Proficiency in customer segmentation, copywriting, and basic image editing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet revenue goals.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and project management platforms.

Other Information:

• This is a temporary role at a top action sports apparel brand in Costa Mesa, CA.
• Compensation ranges from $24.04/hr to $32/hr and will vary based on relevant experience and location.
