Job Description
At Webfitters, we are a collaborative team of designers, developers, and thinkers focusing on solving business problems through technology. We are seeking a talented UX Web Designer to create user-centered designs that enhance user experience and engagement. The role involves collaborating with teams to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions across various projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Develop design solutions prioritizing usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results.
- Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe design tools and WordPress.
- Knowledge of user research methods and usability principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
- Loose familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
- Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms is preferred.

- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
- Experience level: 2 years
- Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday
- Experience: UX: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to Commute: Green Bay, WI 54303 (Required)
