Job Description:
Verndale is seeking an Experience Design Lead to enhance their experience design practice, focusing on UX strategy and incorporating visual design elements. The ideal candidate will possess user-centric design principles and create visually captivating interfaces. Responsibilities include leading workshops, translating requirements into prototypes, conducting end user research, developing design systems, and collaborating with teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or relevant major, with at least 5 years of experience in responsive and mobile web design. Proficiency in prototyping tools like Axure, Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD. Skills in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Ability to work on multiple projects, receive feedback, and communicate effectively. Online portfolio required for all applicants.
