Job Description

The Raspberry Pi Foundation is seeking a Software Engineer to work on developing online experiences for various educational projects. This includes working on platforms supporting Code Club and CoderDojo, as well as Astro Pi and Coolest Projects. The role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and other team members to create digital products and services that impact young learners worldwide.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have professional experience as a Software Engineer with knowledge of web technologies. Alternatively, candidates with relevant skills acquired through a degree, bootcamp, or similar are welcome to apply. Proficiency in languages like Ruby, JavaScript, or Python, familiarity with databases, and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork are essential. Additionally, an interest in education, infrastructure management experience (e.g., Heroku, AWS), and a product-oriented mindset are desired attributes.
