Job Description

Gloss is seeking a video post producer with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in VFX post production. The role involves managing the post production process from start to finish, working under the Executive Producer’s supervision, interpreting client briefs to create timelines and estimates, supervising a team of editors, colorists, and retouchers, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, independent, and skilled in creative project management.

Requirements

• College Graduate in Business, Art, Design or related field
• 2-3 years of experience managing all aspects of post production projects
• Proficiency in Premiere and/or Davinci Resolve, as well as the Creative Cloud Suite
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Detail oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and maintain a can-do attitude
• Good eye for color and understanding of the fashion and art world
• Experience using frame.io for project reviews and deliveries
• Knowledge of Excel and project management tools like Monday.com, Shotgrid, etc.
