Job Description:
We are seeking a Youth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and possess skills in post-production, sales, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Engage with youth in a positive and supportive manner
- Develop and implement programs that cater to the needs and interests of the youth
- Provide mentorship and guidance to youth participants
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging activities and events
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all youth participants during activities
Requirements:
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of post-production techniques
- Familiarity with film editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro
- Understanding of color theory, color management, and Capture One
- Sales skills to promote youth programs effectively
