Job Description

This administrative position involves creating graphic content for various publications and materials for the graphics shop in the student center. Responsibilities include designing marketing materials, collaborating with clients and team members, manipulating images, overseeing project schedules, and liaising with print vendors.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of university policies, marketing concepts, and design software like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. They must have experience in graphic design and marketing, be proficient in Macintosh design, and exhibit strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Supervisory experience and physical ability to perform job functions are necessary.

Additional Information

The role requires a high school diploma, with preference for an associate’s degree in a related field. It is a security-sensitive and IT-sensitive position subject to background checks.
