Job Description:

As a Digital Manager at For Our Future, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital communications strategies, identifying new digital opportunities, overseeing the email program, developing a digital organizing program, collaborating with various departments, and supporting on-the-ground organizing and media work. You will work closely with the National Digital Director and participate in key in-state coalition meetings.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in digital content development and social media management, experience in digital organizing for campaigns, excellent written communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in digital tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and physical ability to transport up to 25 pounds and attend in-person events. Experience in politics, coalitions, or organizing environments is required, with familiarity with digital storytelling tools being preferred.

Additional Information:

• This position is full-time, exempt, and not part of the For Our Future staff bargaining unit.
• This role requires being based in Philadelphia with up to 25% travel.
• Besides the salary range of $60,000-$65,000, the position offers benefits like health insurance coverage, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
