Job Description

The Associate Producer position at Focus on the Family involves shaping content, collaborating with the production team, and contributing to the development and execution of high-quality radio programs that promote biblical principles and strengthen families. Essential duties include planning program content, coordinating with team members, participating in pre-production meetings, managing logistics, and supporting digital content initiatives.

Knowledge/Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in broadcasting, journalism, communications, or related field is required, along with 2-4 years of experience in radio production, including scriptwriting and studio operations.
