Job Description
We are looking for a Freelance Packaging Designer for a top retail company based in New York, New York. This will be a one month contract role starting June 1st and will be fully remote. The pay rate is $35/HR - $45/HR (based off level of experience). Responsibilities include creating brand-right, commercial designs, developing seasonal products, adapting designs based on feedback, collaborating with key partners, and ensuring deliverables meet budget and time commitments.
Requirements
Required qualifications for this role include being an expert in packaging specifications and production, having previous beauty packaging or CPG experience, being able to work under minimal supervision, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Additionally, the candidate must have a fast and efficient turnover in developing designs and artwork.
