We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer with a strong background in visual design for tech SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming defined project briefs into visually stunning and user-friendly designs. This role emphasizes visual design over discovery or user research, focusing on bringing our product vision to life through compelling visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Design: Create high-quality visual designs from low fidelity to high fidelity, ensuring a cohesive and attractive user interface.
• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly develop low fidelity wireframes and prototypes, iterate based on feedback, and refine them into high fidelity designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Innovation: Bring fresh, creative ideas to create visually striking and effective user interfaces.
• Consistency: Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
• Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven 6-8 years experience as a Product Designer, specifically within B2B tech SaaS companies.
• Skills: Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma.
• Creativity: Strong innovative and creative abilities, capable of transforming briefs into compelling visual designs.
• Agility: Ability to quickly produce low fidelity designs, solicit feedback, and turn them into high fidelity designs efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing visual design expertise and experience with tech SaaS products. (Please share your Figma portfolio)

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience with AI Products: Experience designing for AI or machine learning products is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and deadlines.
