Job Description

Our Austin-based production company and creative ad agency is hiring talented video editors who also have graphic design and motion gfx expertise. This role involves post-production editing of broadcast and narrative content, as well as creative advertising design.

The duties of this editor / designer position include working with producers on initial outlines, media managing, and handling full edits of various types of content from short digital videos to TV spots, branded content, and longer narratives and documentaries.

Applicants must have experience with editing software like Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and knowledge of various cinema camera formats.

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in video editing and graphic design. Proficiency in Premiere (Avid and FCP are acceptable), as well as Adobe Creative Suite programs, is essential.

Must have advanced motion graphics skills, be self-motivated, possess good time management and communication skills, and be comfortable coordinating with broadcast media companies for deliverables and schedules.

An appreciation for storytelling, understanding of story structure, and the ability to create compelling narratives are important for this role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Additional Information
