Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Specscart, responsible for shaping our digital presence. The ideal candidate will excel in storytelling, possess a strong grasp of social media trends, and be comfortable in front of the camera.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and produce engaging reels and videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok in alignment with brand and marketing goals.
• Create high-quality content, including product videos, podcasts, live streams, promotional content, and educational videos.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging video technologies to bring fresh ideas to our content strategy.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely project delivery.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team and propose creative ideas for enhancing video content.

Requirements:

• Comfortable presenting engaging content on camera.
• Proven experience in social media content creation with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video production techniques, storytelling, and scriptwriting.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, as well as photo editing software like Photoshop, is a plus.

Other Information:

• This is a part-time role based at Specscart HQ in Bury, BL9 0NY, with occasional travel to other Specscart stores for in-store content creation.
