As a UX/UI Designer, you will drive the design process from ideation to implementation, using your keen eye for detail and organizational skills to streamline the workflow and deliver outstanding results. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand needs and behaviors, creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your design solutions align with user needs and business objectives. You will also play a key role in maintaining and optimizing Placement International’s website and digital platforms. Your experience with UI design and design systems will be instrumental in crafting exceptional interfaces that enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with designing for B2B2C business models
• Ideation and Organization skills
• Adept in UI Design and experience with design systems
• Excellent English communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Strong time and project management skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and processes
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive across multiple devices and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions meet user needs and business goals
• Maintain and optimize the Placement International’s website and platforms
• Development of new websites and programs to improve Placement’s digital presence
