Job Description:

WFAA-TV in Dallas, TX is searching for a Photographer/Editor to join their team. This full-time position involves shooting in the field, live shots in North Texas, and non-linear editing of various video content for multiple platforms. Candidates should be able to create high-quality content for television, internet, and mobile use.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Senior Producer to generate content for all GMT platforms.
• Coordinate and execute live or taped reports.
• Have knowledge of the North Texas area and edit daily shows.
• Handle other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of shooting/editing experience for news or lifestyle programs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong production skills in shooting, non-linear editing, and operating equipment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and with editing platforms like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere.
