Job Description

We are looking for experienced Storyboard Artists to work on an exciting upper preschool CG show for Channel 5/Milkshake. Ideally UK-based, we are accepting candidates either on a Fixed Term Contract or Freelance basis.

About Us: Founded in 2001, Jellyfish Pictures is known for its world-class animation and VFX work, earning multiple awards such as EMMY, BAFTA, and VES Awards. Our projects include The Book of Boba Fett, BBC’s This is Going to Hurt, and various Netflix and DreamWorks Animation collaborations.

Requirements

1. 2-3 years of storyboard experience across long-format episodic series.

2. Ability to sketch clear panels quickly based on a script and director/supervisor brief.

3. Ability to apply feedback and refine panels into precisely staged shots with developed acting.

4. Strong visual and cinematic storytelling skills, including realistic camera movement, grounded staging, and acting.

5. Experience using Toonboom Storyboard Pro.

6. Cintiq tablet (or other brand) compatible with Terradici is a strong plus but not required.

7. Experience in CG animated projects is a plus but not required.
