Development of a story to a full fledged film screenplay

I am in need of a scriptwriter for a personal project. The main task is to co-write a screenplay for a movie that I’m in the process of making. I’m looking for a beginner level scriptwriter who specializes in film screenplay. The job is a single task but there may be potential for follow up work. While this role is projected to last for more than a week, there is no set deadline as good work may require time. The scriptwriter is not required to be on location and can work remotely.
