Job Description

An Associate Producer at PlayStation supports and manages the day-to-day production of the internal development team focused on UI and UX design teams. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop project plans, determine resource needs, track progress, and keep products on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of industry experience in game production as an Associate Producer or above
• 4-year undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Hansoft, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Agile techniques such as SCRUM and traditional production management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
• Knowledgeable about current industry trends and competitive products
• Passionate about games and game development
• Preferred: Experience working with large development teams, AAA experience, and project management certifications
