Job Description

pureIntegration is seeking an Instructional Designer III to join the Effective Learning and Performance Team. The role involves taking ownership of design aspects and creating strategies from end to end. This is a remote position within the U.S. on a 3 to 6-month contract with possible extension.

Responsibilities

• Utilize adult learning theory to develop digital-first learning designs.
• Facilitate working sessions to design learning initiatives and courses.
• Communicate design proposals effectively to partners.
• Listen to feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
• Create learning materials following internal brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with design tools like Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, etc.
• Experience creating design assets in various mediums.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Basic coding skills are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership.
