Job Description

Fidelity Investments is seeking a passionate Senior User Experience Designer to redefine the financial services industry. The role involves working in a fast-paced, data-focused, and collaborative environment where design is deeply valued. The ideal candidate will have a range of design skills and experience working on agile teams.

Key responsibilities include leading design strategy and execution, defining design work for business outcomes, informing product strategy, and contributing to the culture of the User Experience Design team.

This role also supports the User Experience Design team at Fidelity, delivering simple and accessible digital experiences to customers.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of UX or related experience
• Degree in a related field such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors
• Experience working on agile teams delivering value in digital products
• Experience running and/or using research to support evidence-focused design decisions
• Digital portfolio for review
• Design skills in areas like visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, user research
• Ability to design across all channels (web, native, automated)
• Effective communication skills
• Foundation of development knowledge in web and mobile
• Familiarity with design systems and understanding of their value
• Curiosity to ask why and passion for design
