Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a 12-month FTC to lead all marketing activities for our Food Safety and Cyber Security business. As a key member of the Citation Group marketing team, you will drive marketing strategies to achieve lead generation, awareness, and client engagement goals aligned with overall business objectives.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies in line with business and brand objectives, developing a 3-month rolling plan, managing various marketing channels, optimizing prospect journeys, managing stakeholders, monitoring plan performance, developing reports, collaborating with other marketing colleagues, and conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will report to the Digital Marketing Director and possess a passion for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive growth and ROI. They should be target-driven, able to build relationships with stakeholders and influencers, and have a blend of business acumen and determination to deliver results. Experience in managing brands, executing marketing strategies across online and offline channels, and strong analytical skills are required.
