Job Description

Almighty Wings Productions, a Christian video production company, is seeking an experienced Co-Executive Producer for a commission-based role. The responsibilities include developing relationships with key stakeholders, securing investments, overseeing the development and production of Christian-themed content, assisting the Executive Producer, managing budgets and schedules, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves providing creative input, troubleshooting production issues, and working closely with various teams.

Requirements

Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, or related field, at least 5 years of experience in the entertainment industry focusing on production or production management, strong knowledge of film and television production processes, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, leadership skills, and familiarity with industry-standard software. Previous experience as an Executive Producer or in a similar role and a strong understanding of Christian values and theology are essential.

Additional Information

Working Relationships: This role will collaborate with the Executive Producer, Director, Producers, Production Team, Post-Production Team, Talent and Crew, Investors and Distributors, as well as Vendors and Third-Party Providers.

Work Environment: The position involves a fast-paced and dynamic production environment, potential long hours including weekends (with an intent not to work on Sundays), possible travel for location shoots or industry events, emphasis on teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
