Job Description

A UI/UX designer is responsible for creating optimal user experiences and supporting specific use cases, such as Customer interactions. They ensure that the end-to-end journey with products or services meets desired outcomes set by the Business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (LDS) is a plus
• Adhere to Salesforce style standards on fonts, colors and images, and enhance the project Style guide
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Use wireframe tools to deliver UI specs
• Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate application functions
• Prepare and present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and make adjustments based on feedback

Requirements

Experience level:

• 9 years of experience

Experience:

• UI: 5 years (Preferred)
• UX: 8 years (Preferred)
