Job Description
The Social Media Manager at Grounded Kitchen will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the restaurant’s online presence, engage with the community, and drive traffic to the venue. This role involves creating engaging content, interacting with followers, analyzing performance metrics, planning advertising campaigns, and staying up-to-date with social media trends.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience in social media management, preferably in the food and beverage industry. They should possess strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, excellent photography and videography skills, and a talent for writing compelling captions. Additionally, graphic design skills are a plus, and the candidate should be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and interpret social media analytics.
