Job Description
This part-time on-site Junior Webflow / Website Designer role is based in Mosaic Digital Hub, Lincoln for Jolly Good Web, a UK-based web design and development agency. Responsibilities include client-facing work like website updates, creating layouts/wireframes in Webflow, and handling smaller projects with team collaboration.
Requirements
- Working experience in Webflow (mandatory).
- Website design experience with tools like Figma would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English for client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of responsive design principles, UX, and UI design.
- Ability to work collaboratively, follow direction, and meet deadlines.
- Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.
- Portfolio showcasing previous Webflow projects is mandatory.
Other Information
Additional skills like CMS experience (WordPress, Laravel), SEO knowledge, branding, and low-code / no-code tool familiarity are beneficial but not required. The compensation is £13.00 per hour with benefits including 30 days of annual leave, and a two-stage interview process involving background assessment and portfolio presentation.
