Job Description

We are a small marketing agency seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will:

• Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts and strategies
• Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and email campaigns
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for design consistency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative design techniques
• Conduct research to understand target audience and competitors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and typography
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of print and digital requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Other Information

This position is offered as part-time, temp to perm, or freelance with a pay range of £20.00-£35.00 per hour. The expected hours are no less than 5 per week with flexitime and work from home options. The education requirement is a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and 5 years of graphic design experience is required. The work location is a hybrid remote setup in Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7ES.
