Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pianist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and the ability to play the piano proficiently. Responsibilities include leading worship services, attending planning meetings, rehearsing regularly, and maintaining an 85% attendance record.
Requirements:
- Ability to read sheet music and strong sight-reading skills
- Proficiency in playing Clavinova and/or piano
- Knowledge of Lutheran worship tradition and theological understanding
- Willingness to collaborate with staff, musicians, and volunteers
- Strong communication skills
Additional Information:
- Job Types: Part-time, Contract
- Pay: $100.00 - $115.00 per week
- Expected hours: 3 – 5 per week
- Ability to Commute: Walford, IA 52351 (Required)
- Work Location: In person
