As the Social Media and Content Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging and inspiring our audience through compelling content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop, direct, shoot, edit, design, and publish captivating content for social media platforms.
• Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and interact with followers.
• Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with the online community.
• Email Newsletter Management: Craft and manage engaging content for our newsletter.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends and identify new content opportunities.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track content effectiveness and use insights to strengthen social media strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in related industries.
• Strong content creation skills for written and visual content.
• Videography expertise for creating engaging video content for social media platforms.
• Effective communication skills and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for content creation.
• Experience with DSLR cameras and current phone technology for content creation.
