Job Description:

St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Audubon, PA is looking for a Music/Choir Director. This is a part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week. The role involves playing the piano, leading and accompanying choirs, music ensembles, and soloists. Experience in Lutheran or other liturgical worship is desirable as the church has a foundation in traditional Lutheran worship with some contemporary offerings.

Music ministry is integral to the congregation’s worship, especially during special events such as Reformation, Advent/Christmas, Lent, Holy Week, and other notable occasions in the church calendar.

Salary range for this position is $35,000 - $44,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have the ability to play the piano, with a preference for also playing the organ. Experience in leading musical ensembles and accompanying choirs is strongly desired. Experience in leading Lutheran or other liturgical worship is preferred.
