Job Description

The UI/UX Designer will work on innovative projects promoting programs, services, initiatives, and information. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the design system to ensure consistency and a high standard of user experience across all digital platforms. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong technical skills to deliver user-centered designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design with a strong portfolio
• Experience in design systems and accessibility, preferably in the government/public sector
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with accessibility tools and front-end development languages
• Understanding of WordPress editor environments
• Ability to work in a remote setting and utilize collaboration tools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
