Job Description

Olin Creative is seeking a Melbourne-based freelance Social Media Manager to oversee client’s social media needs. The role may involve managing one to multiple client accounts, developing effective social media and content strategies, creating content calendars, capturing photo and video content at client locations, editing content, posting regularly, engaging with audiences, working within client brand guidelines, and managing varying workloads.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation, proficient in writing post descriptions and captions, skilled in mobile photography and videography, possess strong editing skills using tools like Canva and CapCut, have a solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, be adept at data analysis on social platforms, exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills, and ideally hold a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Film/Photography.
