Job Description:

Join Align Technology’s Global Employer Branding team as a Graphic Designer Graduate, where you will help champion Align’s purpose of transforming smiles and changing lives. The role involves creating captivating employer brand content across various media platforms and collaborating within a fast-paced environment.

• Be agile, customer-centric, and accountable.
• Work independently and collaboratively.
• Support designing employer brand content across digital, social, display, outdoor, and print media.
• Adapt designs for multilingual assets.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Design (Graphic or similar field).
• Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• No work experience post-graduation.
• Available to work up to 40h a week.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, well-organized with excellent time management skills.
• Portfolio showcasing design work (university projects or personal).

• The role requires a hybrid work schedule – Tuesday to Thursday in the office and Monday & Friday remote.
