Job Description

• Record weddings and elopements in Detroit and throughout Michigan.
• Provide exceptional customer service to couples.
• Adopt a photojournalistic approach to wedding videography.
• Assist couples with posing for confident and appealing footage.
• Maintain availability calendar for freelance videography assignments.
• Deliver high-quality video content.
• Represent Orca Creative Team as a freelancer and independent contractor.

Requirements

• At least ten (10) weddings led as a videographer.
• Proficiency in natural light, audio recording, and drone operation.

Equipment Requirements

• Two (2) Full-Frame Cameras with Dual Memory Card Slots.
• Collection of Prime and Zoom Lenses with f/2.8 or lower.
• Audio Equipment such as Lavalier Microphone and External Recorder.
• Lighting Equipment.
• Drone.

Other Information

• Job Type: Contract
• Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
• Benefits: Flexible schedule, Professional development assistance
• Schedule Requirement: Weekends as needed
• Experience Requested: 2 years in wedding videography, 4 years in videography
• Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
• Work Location: On the road
