Job Description

I’m currently looking for a Product Manager to cover the months of July and August. Someone who has experience defining the direction of digital products through a process of continual user research, prototyping, experimentation, and optimization. Core responsibilities include:

  • Full responsibility for ensuring that the product vision and road map are completed to the KPIs.
  • Prioritizing the work of your product team, accounting for desirability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Ensuring clarity on the digital product’s progress and plans going forward.
  • Driving qualitative insights through regular user research and interactions.
  • Setting digital products on a sustainable, commercially viable path to success through stakeholder engagement.
  • Defining project scope and ensuring clarity on product specifications.
  • Evolving processes for product development and maximizing efficiency and impact.
  • Working in an agile framework, leading scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and writing user stories with requirements for development.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • Experience in defining the direction of digital products through user research, prototyping, and optimization.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a product team based on desirability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure clarity on digital product progress and plans.
  • Experience in driving qualitative insights through user research and interactions.
