Job Description

Lead Web Developer:

- 12 months contract role with possible extension

- Experience in leading a team of developers

- Skills: React.js/Typescript

- Reporting to the Senior Manager Application Development within the Technology Services group

- Leading, planning, and executing the development and support activities for web applications suite

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong web application development skills with experience in back-end/full-stack development (React.JS, Typescript, Python/Django, Jest/Cypress, Docker or similar)

- Proficient in reviewing pull requests and a strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to design systems and architecture to solve complex business problems

- Experience leading teams with diverse responsibilities and skill levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance

- Strong understanding of application security and risk mitigation in a complex and changing environment
