Job Description:

MKTG Sport and Entertainment is seeking a junior to mid-weight motion graphics designer for their expanding internal creative studio. The role involves working on digital assets for sport, in-stadium experiences, social media, and events. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the creative team, follow brand guidelines, and produce high-quality work efficiently. Responsibilities include interpreting briefs, generating creative ideas, and pushing content to the next level.

Requirements:

• Exceptional skills in motion design with a focus on After Effects
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Confidence and creativity in ideation processes
• Experience in working with brands and commercial design best practices
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and determine appropriate creative approaches
• Collaborative and responsive to creative feedback
• High attention to detail
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

Additional skills preferred include 3D animation (Cinema 4D or Blender), character animation, video editing, VFX, and green screen experience.
