Job Description

As a Senior Packaging Designer, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts for new ranges, delivering design and artwork to high standards, supporting junior team members, building relationships with clients and team members, managing the design process from brief to completion, and contributing to innovative ways to deliver design.

The role involves predominantly packaging work, with additional tasks including POS, POP, and retail design. The position requires efficiency, time management skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a positive attitude towards challenges and multitasking.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), and experience working in a creative department or environment. While not essential, the ability to sketch and scamp would be advantageous.

Additional Information

Location: West Midlands, office presence required 2 days per week

Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

Part-time: 3 days per week
